Este canal ha sido definido para cumplir con la normativa sobre el establecimiento de un sistema obligatorio y voluntario de notificación de sucesos relativos a la seguridad aérea dentro del Derecho de la Unión Europea y no está habilitado para el tratamiento de quejas y reclamaciones sobre el funcionamiento ordinario del Centro, para el cual, está ya disponible el procedimiento de quejas, reclamaciones y sugerencias.

Antes de proceder a la comunicación a través de nuestro Canal, es necesario que conozcas que se trata de un canal seguro y confidencial Política de privacidad, que permite comunicarte con nosotros y que, además, deberás tener en cuenta los hechos y/o comportamientos que nos puedes transmitir a través de él, así como el ámbito de protección del mismo, que están recogidos en nuestras Normas de uso de Comunicación  Incidencias de Seguridad.

Una vez hayas cumplimentado la información de este formulario es muy probable que tengamos que contactar contigo para solicitarte aclaraciones o ampliación de los hechos comunicados. Si no te identificas (ejerciendo tu derecho al anonimato), nos resultará improbable poder ampliar la información que necesitamos o que hagas uso de tu derecho a tener información sobre el seguimiento de tu denuncia, por lo que te instamos a que tengas abierta con nosotros una línea de comunicación, que será la que tu decidas.

This channel has been established to comply with the regulations on the implementation of a mandatory and voluntary reporting system for aviation safety occurrences, within the framework of the protection of persons reporting breaches of European Union law. It is not intended for the handling of complaints or claims related to the ordinary operation of the Centre, for which a complaints, claims and suggestions procedure is already in place.
